The Affiliate Referral Program aims to build partnerships with wedding/event planners, venues, photographers, makeup artists, and influencers by rewarding them for referring clients to abcoffee’s wedding coffee bar services.
This program ensures a win-win partnership: affiliates earn commission per booking, and abcoffee expands reach to prospective brides, grooms, and families.

• Package up to ₹2,50,000 → 5% commission
• Package > ₹2,50,000 → 10% commission

The client whose event gets finalised through the affiliate receives discount on their packages as per the conditions below:

• Package up to ₹2,50,000 → 5% Discount
• Package > ₹2,50,000 → 7.5% Discount upto 40000

• Commission calculated on net invoice value (excl. GST).
• Payment released within 30 days post-event & payment clearance.
• Affiliates receive payouts via bank transfer (PAN & GST details mandatory).

• Each affiliate will get a unique referral code / link.
• Leads must be shared with abcoffee via email/WhatsApp in writing to ensure attribution.
• Only confirmed bookings with advance payment are eligible for commission.

• Commission not applicable if customer approaches abcoffee directly (without referral code/lead).
• Commission is payable only once per event booking.
• Any cancellations will void commission unless booking is fully executed.
• abcoffee reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with 15 days notice.
• Post finalisation of the event we will shared our detailed brochure with the client.
